Mental health IS health. You need to be your best self for you and your family. Please make sure you take care of yourself. I have personally struggled, and I know so many other women that have. My OBGYN once told me that admitting to needing help is not a sign of weakness, it is instead a sign of strength. That has stuck with me, and I hope it will stick with you. Reach out and get help, for yourself and for your family. You and your kids deserve the best version of you.

If you are reading this and struggling, please reach out to a friend, family, or any of these mental health resources. You are so loved, so cherished, so important, and so needed. Please remember that. Take a deep breath. You’ve got this mama!
