With nearly 20 years of experience in the medical field Glenn Vogelsang, MD, enjoys treating patients of all ages and genders. His professional interests include preventive health, chronic diseases, education and prevention of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, smoking cessation, and in office procedures. Helping patients control their diabetes and getting them into a healthier, more permanent lifestyle change is another favorite part of the job for Dr. Vogelsang. Dr. Vogelsang is located in Montgomery East.Jon Patterson, PA-C, moved to Albuquerque back in 2013 and previously worked as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant in Phoenix, AZ and then as an Emergency Room Physician Assistant at Presbyterian Health Services from 2013-2018. Jon loves the outdoors and the opportunities Albuquerque provides for year-round outdoor opportunities. Jon is now accepting new patients at the Montgomery East location!Kathy O’Connor, MD, practices Family Medicine at Journal Center and has a special interest in environmental preservation, healthcare preservation, and studying the culture/religious belief systems. She has worked at Albuquerque VHA, Sedona Urgent Care, and even volunteered with Medical Missions India and Haiti. She comes to us from the InnovAge Program of All-inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE), where she provided compassionate chronic-disease management and end-of-life care for Burquenos aged 55 and older. Ask her about her latest passion, raising egg-laying hens.Laura E. Onorato, DMSc, PA-C, practiced at Presbyterian OB/GYN for the last 16 years and began her DMG journey on September 3rd. She enjoys treating all Women's Health issues and has additional training in the fitting of pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse/incontinence, colposcopy for abnormal Pap smear, and insertion and removal of intrauterine devices and the subdermal contraceptive device. Ask her about her home town of Wimbledon, England when you see her in Montgomery East!Michael Dunkle MS, RN, NP-C, has a special interest in oncology and palliative care which began when he was working at Children’s hospital Colorado during graduate school. Michael is trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner - and was previously in palliative and hospice care with a small group in Colorado. He joined the Adult Medicine team at Journal Center in late July.
