Mindful Movement and Wellness is a unique fitness space for women. We offer a variety of small group training classes including stroller fitness, boot camp, pilates, yoga, buti yoga, running training, core, barre, aerial yoga, zumba, Diastasis Recti repair, and birth recovery programs.
Our studio is for women of all ages and stages of life. Moms can bring their children to some classes without having to leave them in childcare. We do monthly girls night outs, playdates with our kids, fitness challenges, and family events.
