Honestly, maybe it’s so empty that you can’t even remember the last 24 hours. Maybe it’s time for a 12-day Self-Care Challenge.

What a whirlwind our days can be! It’s time to add in more focus on your needs, pampering, quiet-time, passions, and self-love.

Now don’t get me wrong. It’s easier said than done. But self-care is absolutely a non-negotiable in life. So I ask… when is the last time you did something for yourself?
