Katie grew up in California and came to Albuquerque for college. She met her husband at UNM, and they spent the beginning of their marriage traveling and eating delicious food. They welcomed their sweet baby girl in December of 2017. After five years teaching elementary students, Katie now runs Sweet Pea Bakery out of her home. She loves exploring new places, reading in her (not so) spare time, and finding new places to eat in Albuquerque. Follow Katie on Instagram.
