Katie Sacoman
Katie grew up in California and came to Albuquerque for college. She met her husband at UNM, and they spent the beginning of their marriage traveling and eating delicious food. They welcomed their sweet baby girl in December of 2017. After five years teaching elementary students, Katie is now a work from home mom. When she’s not chasing a toddler, Katie loves baking, exploring new places, and reading in her (not so) spare time.
