Jennifer is a busy mom of three, a nurse, and a health coach. She relocated to Albuquerque from Idaho in 2013 and fell in love with the sunny skies and friendly people. Her work as a nurse has made her want to help others prevent disease through healthy living. She began working as a health coach in 2019 and now owns her own health coaching business. Her specialty is empowering women to be in control of their health by managing or preventing chronic disease through lifestyle change.
