We offer over 160 weekly classes for ages 18 months through adults at either of our two locations. Classes are offered in ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, tap, acro, musical theatre, pom, technique, flexibility, pound, bootybarre, chopfit, mashups and more. Nose to Toes Yoga
Nose to Toes Yoga Studio offers After School classes, Birthday Parties, School Break workshops, and Summer Camps. Yoga teaches children how to assess and self-regulate their thoughts, feelings, and actions. We teach kids how to move their bodies in coordination with their Super-Power Breathing.
KIDS LOVE YOGA BECAUSE IT IS FUN! In our studio, kids of all abilities learn to bend and stretch to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Yoga allows a freedom of expression in the body and a mindfulness connection to the brain. Along with yoga poses, we teach breathing strategies and mindfulness exercises, so kids learn to build self-awareness, increase their capacity for emotional regulation, and improve their physical and emotional wellbeing. We create works of art and learn to work together and make new friends. After school classes begin at 2:30 pm and end at 5:30 pm M-F. Some Saturday times may be available.
Nurture the musical growth of your child with interactive, family-friendly music classes designed to teach the way young children learn— through play! Harmonic Kids uses multicultural soundtracks, singing, dancing, and instrument play to build on your child’s natural enthusiasm for music and movement, which provides them with a solid musical foundation.
With three year-round offerings, Music Together (ages 0-5 years), Canta y Baila Spanish immersion (ages 0-5 years), and Rhythm Kids (ages 4-8 years), you can find the class that is perfect for your little one.
