Flying Star is a go-to for holiday pies and cakes. They have such a variety of flavors including Praline Toffee Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce. They also make their own posole verde.


Garcia’s Kitchen

The staple holiday cookie in New Mexico is the biscochito. Golden Crown Panderia serves different varieties and comes very highly recommended! Don’t forget to try an empanada while you’re at it.

My personal faves are the green chile cheddar rolls and the pumpkin ginger cream cheese scone. They also have gluten free and dairy free options of many of their popular breads and sweets.
