My favorite part of a soccer game is definitely the anticipation. Will this be the cross to the forward that results in a goal? Will the keeper grab the ball before it smashes into the net? Can the mid-fielder dribble past that defender? The number of times my stomach drops during a soccer match is one million . . . especially if it’s one of my own little soccer stars on the pitch.

These kiddos run a lot and burn so much energy. Carbs are a must for soccer players. And let’s face it. Juggling a busy soccer schedule is tough. Those early morning weekend games are a killer sometimes, which is why I’m thankful for quick and easy meal and snack ideas.

Did you know Post Cereals is the Official Cereal of Major League Soccer? Post Cereals supports soccer, and they support soccer families! This sounds like win, win to me.

Between practices, games, and camps, my family’s schedule often revolves around soccer. So why wouldn’t I want to support a brand that supports something my people love? Obviously, cereal makes busy mornings just a little easier. Cereal also makes for an easy, on-the-go snack perfect for little fingers.

In addition to a great breakfast or tasty snack, there are a variety of recipes using Post Pebbles cereal. Visit this website to view some of these yummy treats. I can imagine these being a hit for after-game snacks or end-of-the-season parties. I think some Peanut Butter & Cocoa PEBBLES™ Cereal Granola is in order for a summer snack!

You can find limited edition MLS cereal packages this summer with collectible Topps MLS player card cut-outs on the back of the boxes. I know a few little soccer fans who are gonna be pumped about those player cards!
